My learning path has extended to encompass the broader spectrum of holistic wellness, including delving into nutrition, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise, and general lifestyle understanding. My ultimate aim is for us to collaboratively identify elements within your routine that might contribute to any discomfort or pain you're experiencing in your body.
